MEP - Testing & Commissioning

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Testing & Commissioning professional to join our team in India and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP testing and commissioning, with a strong background in ensuring that mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are installed, tested, and functioning as intended. The role requires a hands-on approach, with a focus on verifying that all systems meet project specifications, codes, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. This is an In-Office role, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential. Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive testing and commissioning plans for MEP systems to ensure they meet project specifications, codes, and regulatory requirements.
2. Conduct site visits to verify that mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are installed correctly and functioning as intended.
3. Perform various tests, including functional testing, performance testing, and safety testing, to ensure MEP systems are operating efficiently and safely.
4. Identify and document any defects or issues with MEP systems and collaborate with contractors and engineers to resolve them.
5. Verify that all MEP systems are installed, tested, and commissioned in accordance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
6. Prepare and maintain accurate records of testing and commissioning activities, including test reports and commissioning certificates.
7. Collaborate with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure that MEP systems meet project requirements and are delivered on time.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with MEP systems during testing and commissioning.
9. Ensure that all testing and commissioning activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, with minimal disruption to project timelines.

Requirements
