We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Testing & Commissioning professional to join our team in India and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP testing and commissioning, with a strong background in ensuring that mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are installed, tested, and functioning as intended. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing and commissioning plans for MEP systems to ensure they meet project specifications, codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site visits to verify that mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are installed correctly and functioning as intended.
- Perform various tests, including functional testing, performance testing, and safety testing, to ensure MEP systems are operating efficiently and safely.
- Identify and document any defects or issues with MEP systems and collaborate with contractors and engineers to resolve them.
- Verify that all MEP systems are installed, tested, and commissioned in accordance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of testing and commissioning activities, including test reports and commissioning certificates.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure that MEP systems meet project requirements and are delivered on time.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with MEP systems during testing and commissioning.
- Ensure that all testing and commissioning activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, with minimal disruption to project timelines.

ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role) Engineer/Manager – MEP – Site (Testing and Commissioning) is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing the testing and commissioning activities of all MEP systems at the site. The role involves coordination with OEMs, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure that all MEP systems are tested as per standards, commissioned successfully, and handed over in line with project specifications and client expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
§ Develop detailed schedules for the testing and commissioning of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, ELV, and Fire Protection systems. Align the plan with the overall project milestones, system readiness, and handover requirements. § Pre-commissioning checks such as equipment alignment, pipeline flushing, pressure testing, loop checks, and installation verifications. Ensure readiness for functional testing and final commissioning. § Interface with OEMs and specialist vendors for equipment start-up and commissioning support. Work closely with site execution engineers, quality teams, and subcontractors to ensure all prerequisites for system testing are met. § Conduct system-wise testing such as HVAC air balancing, fire alarm simulations, pump performance checks, lighting controls, DG synchronization, plumbing flow/pressure tests, and ELV system trials as per design criteria. § Verify that all testing activities are conducted as per applicable IS/IEC/NBC/NFPA standards, OEM manuals, and client-approved method statements. Ensure all safety procedures are followed during testing

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE
Minimum Qualifications § Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Language Skills § Proficient in English and Hindi. Regional language skills are helpful for field coordination. EXPERIENCE Years of Experience § 5–15 years Nature of Experience § Site-level testing and commissioning of MEP systems including HVAC, Electrical, ELV, FPS, and Plumbing in infrastructure/building projects.
