Summary:

We are seeking a QA/QC Engineer / Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad & Delhi NCR locations. As a QA/QC Engineer / Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services. The ideal candidate will have 5 -15 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of quality control processes and procedures. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control plans, conducting inspections and testing, and identifying areas for improvement. The work model is In Office, and you will be working closely with our team to ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and standards
• Conduct inspections, testing, and analysis to ensure products and services meet quality standards
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to address quality issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of product and service development
• Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including reports, records, and certifications
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for quality improvement
• Provide training and guidance to team members on quality control procedures and standards
• Manage and lead a team of quality control engineers and technicians
• Communicate quality issues and concerns to senior management and other stakeholders

Requirements

• 5 - 15 years of experience in a similar role
