Formwork Engineers/Managers - (ID-BCHD-1325892)

Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Formwork Engineer/Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad & Delhi/NCR. As a Formwork Engineer/Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing formwork systems for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 5 - 15 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of formwork engineering principles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and safe formwork solutions. The role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and project management abilities. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement formwork systems for construction projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and safe formwork solutions
• Manage and oversee the formwork engineering process from conception to completion
• Develop and maintain formwork designs, plans, and specifications
• Conduct site visits to monitor formwork installation and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Troubleshoot and resolve formwork-related issues and problems
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure formwork systems meet project requirements
• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure formwork systems meet industry standards
• Manage formwork budgets and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to source formwork materials and equipment

Requirements

• 5 - 15 years of experience in a similar role

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
