MEP - Planning Scheduling Billing

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive planning, scheduling, and billing strategies for MEP projects
2. Create and manage project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and deadlines to ensure project deliverables are met
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource allocation and project requirements are met
4. Prepare and manage project billing, including tracking progress, generating invoices, and ensuring timely payments
5. Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations to optimize project performance
6. Develop and maintain project reports, including progress reports, schedules, and financial performance metrics
7. Collaborate with project managers to ensure planning, scheduling, and billing activities are aligned with project goals and objectives
8. Identify and mitigate potential scheduling conflicts, delays, and resource constraints
9. Develop and maintain planning and scheduling tools, including project schedules, resource allocation plans, and project management software

Requirements

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP planning and scheduling
2. Strong background in MEP planning and scheduling
3. Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and billing activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing projects
4. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an office environment
5. Proven track record in MEP planning and scheduling
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize project timelines, resource allocation, and financial performance

Qualifications

1. Diploma
2. Bachelor of Engineering
