Summary:

As a Planning Engineer/Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have 5 - 15 years of experience in planning and management, with a strong background in engineering. You will be working in an office environment, based in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Delhi NCR. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Manage and coordinate project timelines, resources, and budgets
• Analyze project data and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure plans are feasible and meet technical requirements
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues
• Communicate project plans, progress, and changes to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
