Formwork - Lead

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Formwork Lead with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team in India and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As a Formwork Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and dismantling of formwork systems for various construction projects. You will lead a team of formwork engineers and technicians to ensure efficient and safe formwork operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of formwork design principles, construction methods, and safety regulations. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and project management. This is an In Office role, and the successful candidate will be required to work from our office locations in India and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of formwork engineers and technicians to ensure efficient and safe formwork operations
2. Oversee the design, construction, and dismantling of formwork systems for various construction projects
3. Ensure formwork design principles, construction methods, and safety regulations are followed
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and project management
5. Develop and implement formwork plans, procedures, and quality control measures
6. Conduct site visits to monitor formwork operations and provide technical support
7. Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
8. Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards associated with formwork operations
9. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in formwork construction and design
2. Strong understanding of formwork design principles and construction methods
3. Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to ensure safe formwork operations
4. Leadership and communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
5. Ability to lead a team of formwork engineers and technicians
6. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to oversee formwork construction, and dismantling
7. Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
