ROLE SUMMARY: The Engineer – MEP Planning – Site (Client Billing) is responsible for preparing and verifying running and final bills for MEP works executed at site, as per the contract terms and client requirements. The role involves close coordination with site execution, planning, contracts, and client teams to ensure timely submission and certification of bills, enabling smooth cash flow and project execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Prepare RA (Running Account) bills and final bills in alignment with the executed MEP works at site, ensuring accurate quantity measurements, rate application, and compliance with contractual terms.
- Obtain daily progress updates and jointly verify quantities of HVAC, Electrical, ELV, Fire Protection, and Plumbing systems executed on site. Validate billing quantities through site measurements and approved drawings.
- Understand and interpret client contracts, BOQs, technical specifications, and billing clauses to ensure proper application of rates, escalation, taxes, and deductions while preparing bills.
- Submit bills to client representatives and consultants, participate in joint measurements, provide necessary documentation, and resolve any queries or objections raised during certification.
- Maintain updated billing logs, measurement sheets, joint measurement records, supporting documents (such as test reports, material approvals, etc.), and track certified amounts, recoveries, and payments.

Minimum Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Language Skills
Proficient in English and Hindi; regional language skills are beneficial for site coordination.
Years of Experience
5 – 15 years
Nature of Experience:
Preparation, verification, and submission of MEP-related client bills at site level, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely realization.

Technical Skills
