Full-time Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical / Automobile Engineering/ITI Maintenance with 5-15 years of experience in installing, operating, and maintaining construction equipments and ensuring efficient project execution.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of plant and machinery
2. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize plant performance
3. Collaborate with maintenance team to drive productivity, safety, and cost-effectiveness across operations
4. Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of plant and machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
5. Develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with plant and machinery in a timely and effective manner
7. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements
8. Ensure adherence to industry best practices, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
9. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and other stakeholders

Requirements
