SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)

Entry-level role responsible for supporting the creation of BIM models and construction drawings under guidance. Works closely with senior modelers and coordinators to develop civil infrastructure specific elements using industry-standard software tools while adhering to project and organizational BIM standards

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Create and update 3D parametric BIM models.

Extract drawings, sections, schedules of Precast RCC elements and BOQs from models.

Support clash detection and issue resolution processes.

Ensure adherence to project BIM standards and execution plans.

Coordinate with engineers and leads for design accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications

Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Civil

Language Skills

English, Regional Language (Preferred)

EXPERIENCE

Years of Experience

310 years of experience in BIM modeling.

Nature of

Experience

Freshers or those with internship/entry-level exposure to BIM modeling in buildings or infrastructure, Prior exposure to precast construction will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Tekla structures Precast).
